Return and Refund Policy for Cozy Trunk

At Cozy Trunk, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please read our Return and Refund Policy below for a hassle-free experience.


SECTION 1 – RETURNS

Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
      • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
      • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards.
    • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

SECTION 2 – RETURN PROCESS

  • Submit a Return Request
    • Email us at trunkcozy@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the return, and pictures (if applicable).
  • Return Authorization
    • Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the shipping address.
  • Ship the Item
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

SECTION 3 – REFUND PROCESS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds

  • If items are returned in less-than-perfect condition (e.g., missing tags or damaged packaging), a partial refund may be issued.

SECTION 4 – EXCHANGES

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size. Please contact us at trunkcozy@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.

SECTION 5 – DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

SECTION 6 – CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order will be processed, and our return policy will apply.
